will not appear on the printed versions. All sizes
are in inches. If there is an artwork in my gallery
that isn't listed here that you would like to purchase, email
me with the request - I will consider such requests
on a case by case basis.
PRINT
FORMAT
All images
are printed using archival inks on high-quality, matte-finish
watercolor paper. Having tested a range of papers, I can
personally attest to this specialty paper. Colors are vibrant
and bright, and I have never seen richer blacks. Good stuff.
COMMISSIONS
I am
currently accepting commissions as my schedule permits.
Since there's no way to cover every possible pricing variable
in a short description like this, please just email me
a full description of the commission, with as much detail
as you'd like, and I'll do my best to get you a reasonable
quote. Take a look through my galleries to get an idea
of my styles and techniques.
A NOTE
ON SHIPPING
After
doing an audit of recent purchases and shipping, I discovered
that between the packaging (shipping flat securely isn't
cheap) and shipping costs, the shipping costs I had in
place simply weren't covering the real expense. So, shipping
is now a flat $10.00 per order, across the board, regardless
of the number of prints ordered. Nice and simple.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS
The shopping
cart system I have put in place uses the PayPal online
payment system so I can take credit cards and generally
offer more flexible payment options. It's a simple system,
and you don't even have to be a member of PayPal to use
it.
If you would like to request other payment arrangements, drop
me a line and we can probably work something out.
PACKAGING
AND MAILING INFORMATION
All items
will be shipped flat. I take great care to ensure that
your package is securely and safely packed to prevent damage
in the mail. However, please understand that neither I
nor Living Lightning can be held responsible for possible
damage claims as a result of shipping. I may be adding
a mailing insurance option in the near future.
COPYRIGHT
POLICIES
Buying
a print or original, or even commissioning a work, entitles
you to your own personal enjoyment of the work purchased
only, and does not confer upon you any right to reproduce
it, in any form, for any purpose. Selling you an item does
not in any way confer any copyrights to that work. All
copyrights remain the sole property of the artist (and/or
the original copyright holder). If you have any questions
regarding this, feel free to email me.
LICENSING
Licensing
agreements for any copyrighted works or characters may
be considered on a case by case basis. Email with details
and we'll go from there.
